The guarantee: arrives damaged or misprinted? We reprint it or refund it, your choice — one photo, within 14 days. See damage.
Made to order
Posters are made after you order, by our US print partner, from our finished files. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why a print takes days rather than hours.
When it ships
Processing is about 10 days for most, the same whichever way you buy, then the carrier's transit time. Outside the holiday window below we do not quote a fixed arrival date, because production and carrier times vary.
Holiday order-by date (US addresses): order posters by December 3 to arrive by Christmas — 10 days in production (our print partner's published handling time), then 3 to 8 days in transit. Orders placed after December 3 ship in the normal time and may arrive after December 25. Digital downloads are instant, any time.
Tracking
Tracking is added to your order and emailed when the print ships. If the tracking has not moved for a long while, write to us and we chase it.
Addresses
Check the shipping address at checkout: once a print has entered production it cannot be redirected.
Outside the United States
Checkout on this site ships US addresses only. For an address outside the US, buy the same print through our Etsy shop, where that listing's own shipping profile and rates apply.
