A print arrived damaged

One photo, one message, within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Photograph the print and the packaging as they arrived.
  2. Send the photo with your order reference — reply to your receipt for a site order, or message the order on Etsy.
  3. We reprint it or refund it, your choice. You do not need to send the damaged print back.

Misprinted — wrong crop, wrong map, a flaw in the print itself — counts the same as damaged.
