Returns and refunds

The full wording is in the terms. Etsy orders follow the Etsy shop's policies as well.

The guarantee: damaged, misprinted, or a faulty digital file — reprinted, replaced or refunded, your choice, within 14 days.

Digital files

Files cannot be returned once delivered. If a file is faulty — it will not open, or it is not the map the listing shows — tell us within 14 days and we replace it or refund it.

Prints

Prints are made to order, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind. A print that arrives damaged or misprinted is reprinted or refunded, your choice — send a photo within 14 days of delivery. See damage.

Personalised maps

A star map drawn for your date and place, or anything made to your details, cannot be returned. If we got a detail wrong, we redraw it.

How a refund lands

Site orders: back to the card you paid with, through Stripe; allow a few business days for your bank to show it. Etsy orders: through Etsy.
